KBD Group provided Design-Build Services for this 17 floor hotel renovation at 235 West 35th Street. This unique, tech-forward hotel project entailed complete gut and renovation of this building with a double-height lobby with an animatronic T-Rex welcoming guests. All 92 guest rooms feature Japanese style soaking tubs and TOTO washlets, while the superior suites feature private balconies and LG Styler closets that steams and refreshens clothing. Other amenities include a guest lounge and a meeting room.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

KBDG provided GC services for an active lobby gut and renovation project at 95 Columbus Drive in Jersey City. Keeping the lobby access safe and available for occupants throughout the project requires multiple phases carefully coordinated with the tenants and building management. Work entails demolition of existing stone flooring and walls and replacing with new finishes, construction of new common area bathrooms and fitness center, exterior site work and new glass entry vestibule.

KBD Group provided General Contracting Services on this building amenity improvement project in Rockaway, New Jersey. 100 Enterprise Drive is a 7-story suburban office building located 30-miles west of NYC. The project involves selective demolition, lobby renovations for both upper and lower lobbies, new café space, a new gym facility, a golf simulator, build out of an office spec space, a public bathroom and elevator lobby renovations for all 7-floors.
