DHL (Innovation Logistics)

This project involved general contracting and design-build tenant improvement of a 710,000-square-foot shell warehouse. The facility includes 10,500 square feet of office space and a 45,000 square foot cooler, specifically designed for pharmaceutical components distribution. The tenant improvements also featured cold dock elements, advanced security access control systems, and structured cabling for IT networks. Remarkably, early occupancy was achieved within just two months ahead of schedule.
