She joined Kajima Building & Design Group in 2020 as a Project Coordinator. In January 2023, she was promoted to Senior Project Coordinator. We would like to congratulate Bobbie Sue on her continued success at KBD Group!
Question: What is your favorite part of working for KBDG?
My favorite part of working with KBD is, I would say, the employees and the people I get to work with every day.
Question: What does a typical workday look like?
A typical day for me and my role would be overseeing and leading the project coordinators as well as any training and working along with accounting and the project team on any new processes.
Question: What is the most rewarding part?
The most rewarding part of my job, I would say would be engaging with all of the employees I get to work with and the mentors and leaders that have guided me through all of this. My growing and everything else.
Question: What advice do you have for someone looking to grow their career in a similar role?
Advice I would give to someone growing their career in this role would be having confidence in yourself and being able to take direction as well-being your true and honest self no matter what.
