We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Estimator to join our dynamic design/build construction team. This role is critical in developing and managing cost estimates, overseeing bid preparation, and ensuring accuracy in project budgeting. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in structural, civil, fire protection, and MEP estimating across all project phases (SD, DD, CD) while leading a team of estimators to achieve project goals efficiently.

This role will assist in managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting project accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction accounting, including job costing, WIP reporting, and subcontractor compliance.
