2022 Fall Operations Meeting

On August 18^th, KBD Group held another successful and productive Operations Meeting. This gathering featured presentations given by senior management for each of the company’s internal groups. One of the main objectives of the meeting was to discuss solutions to some of the most pressing challenges that have been identified. The environment was highly collaborative with employees suggesting solutions, providing feedback, and lending support to one another. The meeting truly demonstrated how KBD Group holds true to their core values: Safety, Passion, Integrity, Respect, Continuous Improvement, and One Team.
