PROJECT OVERVIEW

KBD Group provided General Contracting services for this 40,000 SF expansion to existing warehouse storage
facility. The facility will be utilized for receiving bulk storage of mechanical materials. Building constructed on grade
beam foundations and stabilized soil to achieve same slab elevation of existing. Expansion area fully air conditioned and includes fire protection, fire alarm, minor office, and restroom facilities are included.
