KBD Group provided design-build services for this 1+ million SF manufacturing facility. The building consists of an automatic transmission building (AT Building) at 1 million SF which includes an 818,619 SF manufacturing area and a 199,433 SF two-story office, maintenance area, tool shop, and a cafeteria. There is also a 179,817 SF aluminum die cast building (DC Building), independent from the AT building.
