KBD Group worked as the design-builder for Joon Georgia, a subsidiary of Ajin USA, brand-new manufacturing plant in Statesboro, GA. This massive facility spans 850,000 square feet and is a game-changer in the industry. Here’s what we’re up to:

• The manufacturing facility includes a stamping and press area dedicated to automotive part production, ensuring precision and quality in every component manufactured.
• A spacious warehouse designed to accommodate raw materials, optimizing storage and logistics operations for seamless workflow.
• The inclusion of shipping and receiving docks for the transportation process, facilitating the movement of goods and materials in and out of the facility.

 Ajin Georgia is 30 miles west of the upcoming Hyundai EV plant in Bryan County, this strategic location marks a significant milestone in the region’s industrial landscape. According to a news release from Gov. Brian Kemp’s office, Joon plans to hire 630 workers for the future $317 million parts factory.
