KBD Group provided general contracting services for AXIAL Gateway 95 by Crescent Communities, a 505,000 SF speculative warehouse facility that exemplifies modern construction and innovation. This LEEDv4 BD+C: Core Shell Certified project includes a 3,858 SF office space, 66 dock doors, and 115 trailer parking spaces. The facility features a membrane roofing system with an HTHV roof-mounted heating system. To enhance the aesthetics and sustainability initiatives, the warehouse incorporates thermally modified wood accents. Additionally, the property is designed to be divided allowing future tenants to split the facility as needed.
