Clarius Partners, LLC has taken a significant step forward by collaborating with KBD Group on a speculative warehouse project at Clarius Park Inland Port Greer. Located in Greer, SC, the undertaking was a fully integrated Design-Build project.
Project Scope: Spanning 607,160 square feet, Building 3 stands as a testament to modern design and functionality, with a 40-foot clear height that optimizes storage efficiency. The facility’s layout includes a 470-foot deep crossdock and 200-foot truck courts, enhancing the flow of goods. Strategically placed 50’x 56’ bays and 60’ speed aisles ensure swift movement within the warehouse. Initially equipped with 81 loading docks, there is room for expansion with an additional 51 future docks. The building also features 4 drive-in doors, ample parking with 139 trailer stalls and 571 car stalls, all designed to support a robust logistics operation.
