KBD Group provided General Contracting services for the 355,000 square foot, 3 story building to house the corporate offices and state of the art broadcasting studio and technical facility. The project includes extensive sitework inclusive of mass rock excavation and parking. The project required intense coordination with the project architect and owner to maintain a fast track schedule, installation of structural steel, metal panels and curtain walls. KBDG facilitated a prepurchase process in order to maintain an accelerated schedule of long lead items such as structural steel, mill order, glazing, production line windows from vendor, elevators and MEP equipment such as chillers, boilers and switch gears.
