PROJECT OVERVIEW

KBD Group provided General Contracting services to this 600,000 SF manufacturing plant expansion to produce off road mining tires on a 540- acre site. This project included site work, foundations, concrete slabs, process pits, structural steel, metal siding, mixing platform, multi-story structures, mezzanines, TPO roof, office finishes, and MEP/process utilities (HVAC equipment FBO) including, power, steam, compressed air, chilled water, and cooling water.
