KBD Group provided General Contracting services for this three-story, 331,000 SF build-to-suit office and industrial facility. The new facility is the headquarters for Fujifilm’s Graphic Systems Division and a regional distribution center for all imaging products. As the national headquarters, the facility houses 100,000 SF of office space comprised of sales offices, technical product training and a state-of-the-art demonstration area for customers and dealers from across the U.S. The new building houses more than 250 Fuji employees.
