KBD Group provided General Contracting services for Hettich, an international company based in Germany that designs and manufactures European hardware. Their tenant improvement included 18,200 SF of new office space and 108,000 SF of production and warehouse storage area. The project included new dock pits, dock levelers and truck restraints. The warehouse included the installation of 43 skylights, warehouse offices and all required additional HVAC and electrical requirements.
