Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc. The Metlife Building

KBD Group provided General Contracting services for this build-out of two full floor midtown office interior space totaling 91,000 SF, on the 35th and 36th floors of the MetLife building in New York City. Some of the project details include new communicating stairs and featured 2-story welcome center, non-bearing demising walls, ceilings, finishes, modification of existing fire sprinkler system and mechanical heating and ventilation systems, and bathroom fit-outs.
