KBD Group provided Design-Build services for phase I & II for the Nippon Sharyo manufacturing project. Both facilities total a combined size of 912,037 SF. The scope of phase I included 20,000 SF of office space, rail tracks on site and throughout the interior of facility and precast concrete exterior walls. Phase II includes an assembly plant on an 18.45 acre site, interior rail construction with a total of 32 overhead cranes, an annealing furnace, shot blast paint booths, office space, and more.
