2022 Operations Meeting

“This time, like all times, is a very good one, if we but know what to do with it.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

This was the opening line that kicked off the 2022 Operations Meeting, held in-person for the first time since 2019. With the past two years full of unforeseen challenges, this quote was especially impactful. KBD Group’s President, Jeff Stiner, emphasized its importance by not only reflecting on our past year’s successes, but also discussing what we can do today to make our clients, company, and employees successful. “Even as we continue our business through these unprecedented years, we must know what to do that will ensure these times are exceptional. With our statistics consistently proving over 70% of our projects are with repeat clients each year, we need to make sound business decisions to ensure that each new client we work with will be another repeat client going forward.” KBD Group continues to build upon the trust of both old and new clients, building valuable and long-lasting partnerships.  

KBD Group’s yearly collaborative meeting remained the same in its focus on the overall health of the organization. As an annual snapshot of where we are as a company, it featured presentations given by senior management from each of our internal groups.

Throughout each presentation, safety was a recurring topic. With safety being KBD Group’s most important core value, it was especially heartwarming to hear the many discussions and focus centered around the wellbeing of both our clients and employees.
