KBD Group provided GC services this build-out of 2.5 floors totaling 35,700 RSF in a midtown office building. Work entails general build-out of office interior space including a 3-story internal communicating staircase, new office partitions including Internal security walls, new core bathrooms on each floor and related MEP work.
