KBD Group Project Managers Meeting 2023

The KBD Group Project Managers meeting held at Lanier Island Resort on May 25-26, 2023, focused on Continuous Improvement.  Jim Goodwin, the Chief Operating Officer, provided a warm welcome and gave a company overview emphasizing the mission, vision and core values. Attendees gained valuable insights from presentations on best practices, strategies, and new technologies aimed at enhancing project management. With Jim Goodwin’s welcoming speech and company update, the event emphasized transparency and KBD Group’s commitment to its core values. The meeting fostered networking opportunities and concluded with a game of golf, promoting networking and team building among the participants. Overall, the gathering successfully promoted growth, innovation, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement within the KBD Group.
