Stonemont Braselton

KBD Group provided general contracting services for Stonemont Braselton, a 234,133 SF speculative warehouse facility that showcases modern construction and innovation. This warehouse scope includes Tilt-up walls with 31′ 10″ clear height, 42 dock doors, and a parking lot for 49 trucks and 121 employees. The facility also included a 45 mil TPO roof with clerestory windows, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, a 2000 AMP WIREWAY electrical service, and two Cambridge gas-fired make-up air units. The project faced site-specific challenges, such as building unique retaining walls, and was completed within a cooperative jurisdiction. The project started in January 2022 and was completed in November 2023. This facility is not only a demonstration of our team’s experience but also a story of success.
