The KBD Group Superintendents Meeting held on April 20-21, 2023, at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest At Galleria was a highly informative and valuable two-day event. The meeting covered a wide range of topics, including Safety, Lessons Learned, Project Spotlights, and best practices. Participants were treated to presentations that provided valuable insights and practical tips to enhance jobsite performances, with a strong emphasis on safety. The event offered a platform for superintendents to exchange knowledge, learn from each other’s experiences, and discover effective strategies to improve their project management skills.
