KBD Group provided General Contracting services for a 111,000 SF two story office building with common area and separate clubhouse. Scope includes: tilt wall construction with steel framing, storefront, glass overhead doors on first level, TPO roofing, restrooms, basic HVAC to provide freeze protection and ventilation at office space (common area and clubhouse to be conditioned.)
