KBD Group provided Design-Build services for a barrier film manufacturing plant. The project is located on 23 acre of land with 10 acres to be disturbed. It has a gross floor area of approximately 100,000 SF that is a single-story tilt-up concrete structure with steel joists, metal decking, and mechanically fastened 45 mil TPO roofing with rigid R-20 insulation. The building consists of Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) clean rooms, warehouse area, and an office area.
