KBD Group provided General Contracting services for a 325,163 SF Cushioned Vinyl Flooring manufacturing plant and 220,946 SF warehouse building located on a 167 acre campus in Bartow County, GA. Features of the facility include tilt wall panel construction, TPO roof system, and an 88’ wide crane that services the entire length of the production hall.

KBD Group provided Design-Build Services for this 17 floor hotel renovation at 235 West 35th Street. This unique, tech-forward hotel project entailed complete gut and renovation of this building with a double-height lobby with an animatronic T-Rex welcoming guests. All 92 guest rooms feature Japanese style soaking tubs and TOTO washlets, while the superior suites feature private balconies and LG Styler closets that steams and refreshens clothing. Other amenities include a guest lounge and a meeting room.
