KBD Group provided Design-Build services for a tenant fit-out of an existing 385,000 SF warehouse, for a 203,000 SF tenant. The scope of the project includes 15,800 SF of general office space including a test kitchen, a 22,008 SF freezer (-15F), a 5,815 SF cooler (+35F), a 4,912 SF conditioned staging area (+35F) and a 154,000 SF dry storage area.
