JX USA Groundbreaking Ceremony

On October 5th, JX Nippon Mining and Metals USA, Inc. (JX USA) celebrated a groundbreaking event for the construction of their new state-of-the-art electronic materials manufacturing plant.

Trane Assembly Building

KBD Group provided design-build services for this 192,000 SF assembly building with 38 shipping and receiving docks that will produce Trane residential air conditioning units for Trane Technologies. The building has a connector corridor from new building to existing assembly plant.

KBD Group provided General Contracting Services for Perfect Plastic Printing’s Expansion project to support plastic card manufacturer serving financial institutions throughout the world.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
KBD Group provided Design-Build Services for this 249,182 SF new aluminum cups manufacturing facility located in Rome, GA. The facility was constructed to carbon neutral standards. It consists of a Tilt-up manufacturing building with a structural steel, an insulated metal panel wall system and lean-to style 13,714 SF office for the structure. The roof is based on TPO 60 mil roof system. Concrete package includes slabs, tilt up, process trenches, pits and foundations.
