PROJECT OVERVIEW

Kobayashi Expansion

KBD Group is providing design-build services for Kobayashi Building Expansion. This maufacturing project is a significant enhancement to the existing infrastructure. This scope involves a 160,000 square foot expansion of the current warehouse and production space, executed in three comprehensive phases. A notable feature of the project is the construction of a 15,000 square foot mezzanine within the existing framework, alongside the process of unifying two separate structures into a single cohesive building. This requires substantial shoring of the current building to ensure structural integrity. The project is currently under construction while maintaining the facility’s operational capabilities.
