PROJECT OVERVIEW
KBD Group provided design-build services for a new 82,000 SF greenfield facility for a dissolvable film producing company. The facility will have production area, a warehouse space, and office & lab space. Scope will include an entire site package, concrete tilt walls, MEP, process utility connections. The manufacturing building will be the first built in the USA by Ecopol and will serve as their North American Headquarters.

JDA Polk Lane
KBD Group provided general contracting services for this single speculative warehouse building for Johnson Development Associates in Olive Branch, MS. This is a total 259,200 SF single dock side application on a 14 acre site.
JDA Hacks Cross
KBD Group is provided general contracting services for a two speculative warehouse building package for Johnson Development in Olive Branch, MS. One building is 293,760 SF and an additional building is 186,400 SF which are both a cross dock application on a 30 acre site.
American Fuji Seal
KBD Group provided Design-Build services for American Fuji Seal, a manufacturer of shrink-sleeve labels, self-adhesive labels, spouted pouches and packaging machinery. This manufacturing facility project involved 200,000 SF Tilt-up building with structural steel columns, joists and metal decking. Project also included a 60 Mil PVC roofing, some explosion relief panels, building plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
